What this policy covers
AquarioMedia is the name used for this creative studio and is responsible for personal information submitted through AquarioMedia.com. We aim to collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and operate the website.
Information you provide
If you use the contact form, we may receive your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and the message you send. We process this information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where appropriate, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and maintaining related records. You may choose not to provide the information, but we may then be unable to respond.
Cookies and analytics
AquarioMedia.com does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. If analytics or other tracking technologies are added later, this policy will be updated and any consent mechanism required by applicable law will be added.
Form processing
The contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service. When you submit an inquiry, the information entered in the form is transmitted to Formspree and may be processed or stored in the United States. This is an international transfer of personal data. Before collecting inquiries, AquarioMedia should verify the transfer safeguards applicable to its Formspree account and ensure the relevant terms and notices are accurate. AquarioMedia does not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where practical.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the AquarioMedia contact form and state that your message concerns privacy. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) if you believe your personal data has been handled unlawfully.
